Please add this item to your cart and then complete the form to apply as a Vendor for the 2025 Madison County Fall Crawl.
Setup time is dependent on vendor location. Setup times can range from 700 am to noon on Sunday, Sept, 28th, 2025 at the business listed below. Once accepted as a vendor we will link you with the stop for that coordination and time to be determined.
Fall Crawl Stops & business hours are as follows (set up start time is a minimum of one hour prior to start time for business listed below):

Please note, there will be no selling of MLM products allowed (Amway, YoungLiving, Tupperware, etc.). No flea market or junk sellers. Products being sold should be either homemade or handmade, vintage, crafty, or fall into the category of food or drink; and follow state and local regulations & guidelines.
The vendor Fee is $45.00 for the 2025 Fall Crawl regardless of the location chosen or vendor type. Payment is due at the time of application submission.
All applications will be vetted. If your vendor application is denied for whatever reason, we will refund you your application fee.
***Upon completion of filling out the application form, you will need to email at least two photos of items you plan to sell and/or your booth to: madisoncountyfallcrawl@gmail.com.
Please put the subject as Your Business Name & Primary Fall Crawl Stop you chose.
Upon completion of vetting vendors, we will reach out via email to let you know that you have been accepted into the event. Once accepted as a vendor, we will then link you up via email with your stop location where you can coordinate setup time.
Fall Crawl tshirts are available for purchase. Can be shipped or picked up locally. See store page for tshirt purchase options.
